Dialogue 1: At the Doctor’s Clinic
English Speaker (Doctor): Good morning. How are you feeling today?
Punjabi Translation: ਸਤ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ। ਅੱਜ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹੋ?
Punjabi Speaker (Patient): ਡਾਕਟਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ, ਮੇਰੇ ਸਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਦਰਦ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਬੁਖਾਰ ਵੀ ਚੜ੍ਹਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ।
English Translation: Doctor, I have a severe headache and also a fever.
English Speaker: Since when have you had these symptoms?
Punjabi Translation: ਇਹ ਲੱਛਣ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਕਦੋਂ ਤੋਂ ਹਨ?
Punjabi Speaker: ਲਗਭਗ ਤਿੰਨ ਦਿਨ ਤੋਂ ਇਹ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਚਲ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
English Translation: I have had this problem for about three days.
English Speaker: Okay, I’ll prescribe you some medicine. Please take rest and drink plenty of fluids.
Punjabi Translation: ਠੀਕ ਹੈ, ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਦਵਾਈ ਲਿਖ ਕੇ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਆਰਾਮ ਕਰੋ ਅਤੇ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਤਰਲ ਪਦਾਰਥ ਪੀਓ।
Punjabi Speaker: ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਡਾਕਟਰ ਜੀ।

Dialogue 2: At the Bank
