Open Roles
1) Tele Counsellor (Admissions & Immigration)
Role Purpose
Be the first, most trusted voice for incoming enquiries—qualify profiles, educate prospects, and convert interest into booked counselling and applications.
Key Job Duties
- Handle inbound calls/WhatsApp/emails and qualify leads using SWICS checklists
- Conduct initial profile assessments (education, gaps, funds, language scores)
- Match clients to courses, universities, or visa categories as per SOPs
- Explain documents, timelines, and fees clearly and ethically
- Book appointments with Senior Counsellors/Case Officers; ensure CRM hygiene
- Share follow-up reminders and convert to paid applications
- Maintain daily call logs, lead status, and pipeline reports
- Support centres/events/webinars and coordinate post-event follow-ups
- Uphold data privacy & compliance standards in every interaction
What Makes You a Fit
- 0–3 years in tele-sales/counselling/inside sales (education/immigration preferred)
- Confident communication in English, Hindi, and Punjabi
- Disciplined with CRM, Sheets/Excel, and fast data entry
- Empathetic listener with strong objection handling and follow-through
2) Digital Marketing Officer
Role Purpose
Own full-funnel growth—drive qualified traffic, high-intent leads, and brand trust across paid, owned, and organic channels.
Key Job Duties
- Plan & run Google Ads, Meta/Instagram, YouTube campaigns with clear targets
- Build landing pages and lead magnets; manage pixels, UTMs & conversion tracking
- Execute SEO (keyword research, on-page/technical, white-hat link building)
- Maintain an editorial calendar (blogs, reels, shorts, emailers) aligned to intakes
- Set up automation & segmentation for email/SMS/WhatsApp drip journeys
- Publish weekly GA4/GSC/Ads Manager dashboards; suggest data-backed actions
- Manage online reputation: monitor reviews, respond/escalate professionally
- Align campaigns with Counselling/BD for webinars, fairs, and city activations
What Makes You a Fit
- 1–4 years in performance/content marketing (agency or in-house)
- Hands-on with GA4, GSC, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and basic Canva
- Working knowledge of WordPress/landing-page builders and A/B testing
- Strong copy sense and understanding of ad compliance in our domain
3) Business Development Manager (BDM)
Role Purpose
Expand SWICS’ footprint through institutional partnerships, high-value client acquisition, and regional channel development.
Key Job Duties
- Identify, pitch, and onboarduniversities/colleges, test-prep & channel partners
- Plan seminars, school/college outreach, and city events to generate quality leads
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline; own monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Deliver credible product demos (courses, scholarships, visa pathways)
- Negotiate MOUs, commercials, and targets; ensure policy & compliance alignment
- Coordinate with Counselling, Legal/Compliance, and Operations for seamless delivery
- Track market movements and recommend new geographies or product lines
- Prepare MIS/CRM reports, forecasts, and win-loss reviews for leadership
What Makes You a Fit
- 3–7 years in BD/Channel Sales (education, ed-tech, training, or immigration)
- Proven target achievement, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Strong presentations, relationship-building, and willingness to travel
- Discipline with CRM and executive-level reporting
