Hindi Speaker (Son): डॉक्टर साहब, मेरे पिताजी को अचानक तेज सीने में दर्द हुआ और सांस लेने में तकलीफ़ हो रही है।
English Translation: Doctor, my father suddenly had severe chest pain and is having difficulty breathing.
English Speaker: Does he have any medical history such as blood pressure or diabetes?
हिंदी अनुवाद: क्या उन्हें कोई पुरानी बीमारी जैसे ब्लड प्रेशर या शुगर है?
Hindi Speaker (Son): जी हाँ, उन्हें कई सालों से डायबिटीज है और ब्लड प्रेशर भी रहता है।
English Translation: Yes, he has had diabetes for many years and also suffers from high blood pressure.
English Speaker: Okay, we need to do an ECG immediately. Please bring him to the emergency ward.

Dialogue 2: At the Immigration Office – Visa Extension
English Speaker (Officer): Good morning. What brings you here today?

Hindi Speaker (Student): मैं अपनी स्टूडेंट वीज़ा की अवधि बढ़वाने के लिए आया हूँ।
English Translation: I have come here to extend the duration of my student visa.
English Speaker: When does your current visa expire?
हिंदी अनुवाद: आपका वर्तमान वीज़ा कब समाप्त हो रहा है?
Hindi Speaker (Student): मेरा वीज़ा अगले महीने 15 तारीख को समाप्त हो रहा है।
English Translation: My visa is expiring on the 15th of next month.
English Speaker: Have you already enrolled in the next semester?
हिंदी अनुवाद: क्या आपने अगले सेमेस्टर में दाखिला ले लिया है?
Hindi Speaker: जी हाँ, मैंने अपना दाखिला करा लिया है और सभी फीस भी भर दी है।
English Translation: Yes, I have enrolled and paid all my fees.
English Speaker: That’s good. Please submit your enrollment confirmation and passport copy, and we will process your request.
